AMADOR - Everyone's football

Just one thing to fix for the next OF...
Italian team Basilicata is actually misspelled ingame.
In the current OF they're named Basicilata if I remember correctly. This should be changed in Basilicata.
 
While getting everything ready for the Master League, I realized a bad bad thing: I still don't have enough teams with kitserver kits to start it. :LOL:

I was thinking at a Master League with all the 20 Italian teams plus Corse (which is almost closer to Italy than it is to mainland France after all, and which already has great kitserver kits) and three Swiss teams, but I only have kits for Argovie right now.

Time for me to go back to work I suppose... :WHISTLE:

Also, is there a chace we could open an "Amador stories" thread? I don't think that they would really belong in the "ML Adventures" one.

The Amador stories thread idea sounds good to me.

Any chance you could release a GDB of all of your kits so far? Don't want to miss out on any of them because I missed a post!

Regarding the idea of an Amador stories thread, my only issue with that is would it have enough people participating there to justify opening a new thread?
 
I don't know... I see we're just a handful in this thread, but I thought that the AMADOR ML stories would not belong in the "ML Adventures" thread. They could belong in the Retro PES thread, but again I think AMADOR is something different, something so unique it deserves its own thread.
I know that ML Adventures are, all in all, fantasy stories themselves... But they are set in a real footballing world with real teams, real players...
AMADOR brings that "fantasy" factor further, to the extent that it creates its own footballing world which has nothing to do with the world "usual" MLs are set in.
 
I see what you mean. In an ideal world it'd be a no-brainer for me, we definitely should have independent threads for Amador stories, maybe even for each league and teams. It's a whole new world out there to explore, and it doesn't exist anywhere else - not in reality and not in videogames. What can be more exciting than this?
But honestly, even the ML adventures thread is practically dead...
 
@*aLe Thanks, I'll change that team name :) We're going to release an alternative gameplay OF so I'll make sure it's correct on both. It's one myself and Miguel have tested and both, if anything, like it even more than the original one, but each to their own so there will be two OF's as some may prefer the original.

Good idea about the Amador ML thread, but we should probably check with the mods if it's ok to open one up first and where to do it, so .... @Chris Davies What do you think Chris?

I agree totally as ever @miguelfcp , activity can be very quiet on both our Retro and Amador threads with just two at the moment. A day or two can go by sometimes with no new posts.

Then I have to start talking motorbikes, coffee and cats. :SHOCK::SHOCK::SHOCK:
