Looks well edited, specially when you can replay stuff in training mode. Musta took them a while to do it.

Just looks like a bug shot or lob where the ball hits the player twice and gets a weird trajectory. Just luck.

apparently you hit and and it does it. i have never done it but will keep trying till i do.

Is this just not using th analogue stick to flick the ball in the air then getting lucky with a scissor kick?
