Big Ant have released their editing suite, it is on PC but will be compatiable cross platform which means by the time it launches there will be lots of created players, tournaments, stadiums etc available:

To top this off, all custom content created in the original AO Tennis will be usable in AO Tennis 2 on release.

That really IS the cherry on top!!
