Hello, not sure which forum to post this, but i've recently come up with the idea of putting together 'All-Star' teams in PES5 comprising of players from each of the leagues available.

For example, the FA Premiership Team comprising of only players playing in the Priemiership.

I plan to build teams (Squad of 23) around these leagues:

FA Premiership (England)

GK Petr Cech
GK Edwin Van der Sar
Defenders
CB John Terry
CB Rio Ferdinand
CB Sol Campbell
CB Ledley King
RB Gary Neville
LB Asier Del Horno
LB Gabriel Heinze
LB Ashley Cole
Midfielders
DM Edgar Davids
DM Claude Makelele
DM Roy Keane
CM Steven Gerrard
CM Frank Lampard
CM Robert Pires
WG Cristiano Ronaldo
WG Arjen Robben
WG Ryan Giggs

CF Ruud Van Nistelrooy
CF Wayne Rooney
CF Didier Drogba
Fringe Players

Defenders
CB Cris
LB Patrice Evra
CB Mario Yepes
CB Gael Givet
RB Anthony Reveillere
DF Jeremy Berthod
DF Maicon
Midfielders
CM Juninho Pernambucano
WG Florent Malouda
WG Jerome Rothen
CM Mahamadou Diarra
CM Vikash Dhorasoo
CM Bonaventure Kalou
DM Tiago
CM Kim Kallstrom
DM Rio Mavuba
CM Franck Ribery
Forwards
CF Pauleta
CF John Carew
CF Sylvain Wiltord
CF Javier Chevanton
Fringe Players
GK Tony Mario Sylva
CB Sebastien Squillaci
CB Vitorino Hilton
CM Benoit Pedretti
CM Jeremy Toulalan

CF Sidney Govou

Bundesliga (Germany)
Serie A (Italy)
Eredivisie (Netherlands)

I am looking for some input into which players should be in these teams so feel free put forward any squad suggestions or just some players.

Thanks

Ballack better than Micoud, for sure. (Sinon il serait revenu en équipe de France lol)

For the rest, Juninho does not play alone. I would say Diarra and Coupet are equally important and great than him.

Where Trezeguet ???

Cant believe Ibrahimovic and Adriano over Toni and Trezeguet!

Adriano has been shit lately, and is heavily criticized. Toni has 12 goals in 10 games.
Buffon hasnt even played a single game and people are rating him!

? = Tavano, Shevchenko, Chiesa, Trezeguet, Cruz or Bonazzoli... (maybe even Makinwa??)

Milanista, as I presume he's trying to get a Superstar Team of every tournament, I thought more convenient to choose who I think are the most consistent and acknowledged stars, although they can be far from their best moment. That's why I put Totti or Vieri in. Trezeguet could well be in too, but I would not count Chiesa or Toni because they lack a background of great performances during the last two years. I have tried to give my best combining player history and present time.

As of today I would never include Pavel Nedved, Rio Ferdinand or Clarence Seedorf, but I think they are very talented players that deserve to be in that list for what the've shown during the last five years or so.

BTW, he never says he is asking for the top playing players of this last three months - he's asking for the best players overall.

Best scorer now in italy Toni and Trezeguet imho... midfielder kakà,vieira, emerson,seedorf... defender cannavaro....gk...i don't know...

I pretty much think that Glavisted's choices are better than mine - I'll stick with what he said, but for one thing: I think that Baraja deserves to be there more than Van Bommel, but that's a personal choice.

This is such a nice topic!

Thanks for all the suggestions guys. I'll get to work on my teams shortly.

As for whether proven consistency or recent form matters more, I believe both are important but I'd say proven consistency carries more weight.

I feel the same with Hyppia being in his prem team and not King but as you said it's a personal choice.

Asier Del Horno is no RB. I've never seen him play there, has he in Chelsea?

I'd put Reyes ahead of Robben as a winger, or as another FW substitute, but he's certainly one of the best players in the Premiership.
