Controller Issue

am i supposed to be able to play a league with me as player 1(gamepad) and my brother on the keyboard (player 2) as my opponent every match?

i can't figure this out

Make some sense if you want people to help. What are you trying to do?

The other player can either play on your team or against you. Or he can manage a team (set the formation and let the CPU play) - do this by pressing to the side twice and the little image of 2 gray players will appear.

I'd recommend you buy this convertor and play with the PS2 controller - as the game was intended to be played.

okay.. in master league, league or anything but friendly i can only play with 2 players if they both play on the same team, being each other contenders is not possible

It's not possible as far as I know. You only can play with 2 players, in the Konami Cup.
