dividing the national teams into four groups

hi,
i have divided the 57 national teams of pes5 into four groups/pots according to their strength in the game so that me and my friends can play world cups using a drawing system similar to the fifa world cup draw last thursday: in pot 1 are the best teams, in pot 4 are the worst teams.

do you agree with my choice of pots for the teams?
or do you think that some teams should belong to stronger/weaker pots?

i´d really appreciate you opinion!!

I might swap columbia with sweden.

The difference with the FIFA World Cup Draw is there were located the teams in pots to avoid countries of the same continent be crossed, maximum 2 europeans, and not about their strength. By this criterion, I think is correct in general, I'd locate Sweden as replacemente of Colombia, Uruguay for Croatia, Poland for Norway, Ivory Coast for Austria and South Korea for Slovenia.
