Earplug on Players .. ?

in burnabeu cup the coach Luxemburgo gave instructions to Raul durign the match to change gameplay and such, do you think that this earplug might be a good effect on your team .. ?

imo, this can ruin the game or cause trouble between the coach and player, who knows maybe its a good idea for the captain to have it..

Not sure what referees makin poor decisions has got to do with players wearing earplugs ???

What if coach goes "Injure Henry, hes very dangerous, so try to hurt him as much as you can" ... he can say that at half time, but during a match he can say it anytime when Henry is vulnerable.

But like you said, you can also tell players to injure someone at half time too.
Telling someone in real time isnt much of a difference.

But I'm not too sure where I stand on this. It has its good and bad reasons so I dunno. It would be interesting to see how much of an impact a manager can actually have on a game though. Like Mourinho for example.
