Maybe you have installed something that isn't compatible online.
I had problems like this when i was using adboards mod for example.
Now i only use evoweb patch and endo turf and i don't have any disconnections online.

I installed pes 2020 and for some reason the game is on data pack 5.0 and the game keeps telling me to update the game when i load it up but there is no way to update. Anyone know how to fix it?
 
Anyone play manual on ps4 and pc and feel like the accuracy of the sticks is different, feels almost assisted when shooting on the ps4 where I can hit the top corner for fun but on PC the diagonal direction really does make the ball go wide when I shoot. Could it be something to do with polling rate or analog sensitivy?
 
I always used normal speed or even -1, and all manual settings for many years. Two days ago i changed speed +1 and passing assists +2, guess what- i love IT. IT is hard to believe unless You try IT Yourself. Game is more fluent, more organic, even team ID is more visible. IT is unbelieveable. IT is PES 6 tempo and feeling now. Many of US forgot that PES 6 was faster. Try it

This is my first PES. Always FIFA. Will try these settings and see what I think. But is pass assist too much. I'm using PA1 now.
 
Are there any significant gameplay differences from DP7 to DP8 ? Because for me DP7 plays pretty amazing after months of being just ok.
 
Can anyone tell me how to install the update/mod for team names, badges and leagues etc.

I have followed a tutorial on youtube but the badges dont update, leagues, names on shirt, numbers on shirt and some of the stadiums were black (apart from ad boards).

I have uninstalled the game 3 or 4 times trying to get it to work but its not working, as im new to PC gaming I thought doing the PES update would be as simple as 1 click download but it seems that I have to mess around in notepad and launch through something called Sider.... apprecicate any help.

I wrote this a while ago and I still get people telling me it helped them understand how modding PES works.
Get into Sider. It's like the game is running normally and then Sider comes in on top like a transparent sheet overlapping certain game elements with a mod. You literally control every single mod element. It is far far easier to handle than anything else. But read my post, it may help you.

starting with SIDER installation? starting with adding the @Holland gp mod exe? starting with the EVOWEB patch 8.0?

what i want to accomplish:
1. modding the gameplay to a more sim like experience! especcially humanizing that AI!
2. fully licensed leagues with scoreboards and tv like presentation!
3. up to date team tactics like in real life!

edit: this stuff is easy to delete and start fresh!? like just deleting a folder in the PES2020 main directory... and then start from scatch!? might be i wanna try a different combo of mods and option file.

Thanks mate, I think I was downloading too much and messing my game up cus files constantly replacing other files.
I just have Sider and Evoweb 8 patch now, I would like official champions league music and 20/21 kits though. if you know how to get those i would greatly appreciate it.

Looking for some advice here. I am playing the below formation and my problem is that my CMs are getting tired insanely. Also the fullbacks, but that is not so remarkable. I do understand that this playing style means fatigue to the players at some extent, but always having at least 1 exhausted player at the 74th minute seems a bit too much. What should I change to get rid of this issue? I tried to move the 2 SS deeper or closer to the CF, or even playing the 3 midfielders in flat line, but nothing seems to be solving this so far. But my results are good, so I would prefer this formation. Support range 3, Def line 8, compactness 8, false full backs and counter target on CF.

Finally playing PES again.
My impression:
- Seems doesn't change much.
- referees is atrocious
- to control the controller is another game challenge.
- freekicks
- obvious scripting.

*now I fell glad with my choice to buy used PC (Xeon) + new GTX 1650 (rank as okay/green) in PES 2020) costs around $200. Otherwise would be waste of money

After you posted in almost every possible thread of the forum, I think we got it. You don't like FIFA. :P

Any constructive criticism on PES except for, "X game is trash and Y game is garbage" ?
 
If I wanted to purchase PES2020 for PC in the future, where should I go? Steam? Some online retailer? Whats legit? What’s the best price it has been on PC?

You can go to allkeyshop.com and compare the best prices from various key sites for any pc game key you want.
I bought from cdkeys.com the last couple of times.Has good prices and it's legit and deliver fast and the procedure is quite simple.
Although now with the current 21 Season Update situation,maybe it would be better to wait a little bit and get 21 instead of 20 as it will have an even lower price and you will be able to get it very cheap from a cd key seller.Not worth to buy 20 now just for 2 months and then buy again 21 also.

Any idea on this one? I even tried coach mode and the issue is still there.
