This weekend sees our first Cup of the season up for grabs. Does the League Cup Final get earlier every year or is it just my imagination?

I am also adding an extra game to to the Carling Cup Final if thats okay with everyone. What I want is for you to Predict the time of the first goal. I dont want a team or a player, just the time of the goal. There will be 5 points up for grabs should your prediction fall within a 5 minute window either side of your time.

So should you Predict a time of 23 and the goal falls between 18 and 28 minutes you will get those 5 extra points
