Face Colour Problem

I have a problem when I try to install a downloaded face into my game.
I installed a face but ingame it looked a bit strange.
There was a screenshot with the bin file and the face looked a lot darker with strange darker colours than was on the screenshot.

Am I doing something wrong? Or is it something with palettes? How can i fix this?
