Fantasy World Cup 2010

From what i see, GKs, Central Defenders, Creative midfielders and Strikers should be avoided in these Fantasy things, because they are expected to play well and when they don't they 'fail' to the expectations and we get fewer points. On the other side, we should look more at side defenders (most of them are more consistent and less prompt to mistakes then CBs), Central Midfielders and Bot-to-Box guys (guys like meireles, ramires, de rossi, etc). The rest just low-mid quality players that dont spend many points.
But this is just my theory.
 
I'm hoping that Sanchez, Xavi and Villa will kick start my team today, only one of my players has scored (De Rossi) but he was on the bench.
 
I think the secret is make your starters the guys that play earlier, then if they go bad you substitute them,
I had not fully undestood that in the 1st round, so I lost Tae Se +6 and Van der Wiel +9 cause I left them in the bench just by missing the day :(
But my starters now are according to day of game.
 
I don't understand this point system. There's this Defending bonus for good tackles, but I've lost count of how many balls Gio dos Santos stole today and he's got no bonus whatsoever.

Also, Messi completely ran the show today and only got 7...

Thats messed up if you are on top like me :P
What should I do, stick with my fellas who helped me got there or change the whole thing according to my current beliefs?
I'll have to figure it out by tomorrow...
 
Why in round 3 the game didn't make the automatical substitution?
I have Higuain and he didn't play but the game doesn't change him
with David Villa, I have on the bench :(
