Everyone............I have a little treat for you all after having no luck the day before trying to use CE (Cheat Engine), I have managed to learn how to use CE this evening to give us all a fantastic BROADCAST Cam view (for the FIFA 19 Full/Trial version) using CE, checkout the screenshot below:-

downsized to upload it - Broadcast Cam FIFA 19 (Cheat Engine 6.8.1).jpg

I used some help that Fidel (from www.soccergaming.com, he is the grandmaster of these mods and hasnt got the Trial as yet) gave us on soccergaming.com for his FIFA 17 CE Camera mod to gain the knowledge I needed although I did have to take an alternative route slightly when it came to searching for the camera in memory (I had to do a text search for "gameplay_camera_settings_broadcast")

Please checkout my next post where I will show you the method I used to do this, as I said I got lucky and changed a few more settings in memory than I needed to, but I didnt see any issues in the game after it had changed to this view, other than a few glitchy graphics when the ball goes out of play...................so everyone, please let me know if this works/doesnt work for you.

This method has worked for me on each occasion after a few reboots since I worked out how to do this, so it wasnt a one-off lucky shot at this and it means most people should be fine to get this working.

Ok here is how I did it, please do the following to follow what I did:-

(for FIFA 19 Trial (Full) version only)

(I HAVE JUST REALIZED EA MIGHT SEE THIS AS A MODDING ATTEMPT FOR THOSE PLAYING MULTIPLAYER, OR EVEN WITH IT BEING ON TRIAL, SO PLEASE USE THIS MOD WITH CARE, IF THIS WORRIES YOU, PLEASE DONT BOTHER TO USE IT, I WONT TAKE ANY BLAME I AM ONLY GIVING THIS METHOD FOR THOSE WHO FEEL SAFE TO USE IT, EA SHOULD NOT CARE REALLY AS THIS IS ONLY A CAMERA MOD AND NOTHING ELSE WHATSOEVER, AND IF EA WOULD ACTUALLY LISTEN TO THE 1000'S OF PLAYERS OF FIFA WHO KEEP TELLING THEM TO SORT OUT THEIR PATHETICALLY LIMITED CAMERA ANGLES...)

load CE:- (Cheat Engine v6.8.1 the 64 bit version is what I used)

load FIFA 19 Full/Trial:- get the game into a match with Broadcast set as the cam mode. Now simply pause the game.

In CE:- load the "process" in CE, usually the lower in the list as the higher one is the FIFA 19 Play/GameSettings/Exit window that remains open when the game is running.

In CE:- choose "view memory"

In CE:- In the memory viewer go up to the search function, choose find memory, make sure the "text" option is chosen, and type in "gameplay_camera_settings_broadcast". Hit ok and it then loads up the section of memory where at the top right you will see "gameplay_camera_settings_broadcast_pos"

In CE:- Right click over any of the HEX address addresses in the left big section and choose "display type > float"

In CE:- Scroll up a few rows, and in the THIRD ROW above where the section starts with ".................Broadcasting/" simply double click on all 6 of the HEX addresses on that row, in the left big section, and type in "50", changing the contents for each of the 6 HEX addresses to show "50". (See below for the section I mean)

Back into FIFA 19:- Game is still paused so choose SETTINGS and get to the camera custom settings part, and leave height as it is as I cannot find the height setting yet, but for zoom................try moving that slider along and watch...........

Still in FIFA 19:- Go back into the ongoing match and nothing will have changed UNTIL the ball goes out of play..........and then the magic begins. If it looks horrendous, go back into the zoom settings again and try another setting...I highly recommend it is set to 9 although different stadiums seem to prefer different zoom settings using this CE method..........also, being as CE is still running, changing the 6 HEX address to 20, 25 or 30 can give smaller camera zoom increments, so feel free to play around with this. Hopefully this weekend I will find the height setting too.

(This camera mode only stays "alive" for the session you are in in FIFA 19, as apparently it will always be a different section of memory that is used each time, CE will always find the section needed each time to apply the "50" settings.)

** UPDATE **

I have just found the exact HEX locations, in relation to the text I searched for to find the correct array of bytes in memory, and you can see them circled here, yours should be in the same place in relation to being above the "gameplay_camera_settings_broadcast_pos" text on the right side (ZOOM's is 3 rows up, HEIGHT's is 11 rows up from the ".................Broadcasting/" line):-

index.php

For the height, my settings needed to be changed as follows within CE:-

CAMERA HEIGHT

6.026704435E-39

I changed it to 6.326704435E-39, this gave me lovely high up views looking down at the pitch, which is amazing to see when in BROADCAST cam)

CAMERA ZOOM

-1994181...

I changed it to be 15, unsure why it starts as -1994181 but it does, and 15 allows different and nice zoom amounts in the game.

In game, as an example I find Height 12 and Zoom 10 great for Parc de Princes, but the zoom can be taken right out and much further away...as well as the height now being able to be made even higher, and really low down too..........!

Great work! Will be very useful when I get the game!

I think maybe in the future @nesa24 can help us finding how to block those dynamic addresses so we can use them with his tool and get to keep whatever camera we modded. I know he's not into FIFA but maybe we can convince him to at least try or guide us.

Thank you!

For that i have to rebuild my app as Darko (my kid) has deleted it

I have low free time and dont expect it soon

good question Nisoley, I dont see any reason why I cant do this for every camera in the game as each camera has its own similar array of memory and I would guess the 2 memory addresses would be a similar "distance" away from the camera text addresses, so I will look into this later today hopefully!

I haven't got time today to test more Cameras, but nicetoknwyou, I reckon searching for "gameplay_camera_settings_default" as opposed to "gameplay_camera_settings_broadcast", using my instructions above, should find the default camera and the chances are the same positioned memory addresses in relation to the array of text you find could well be the Height and Zoom values again.

Give it a go!

The camera works with full Version of the game too??

This camera mod I think SHOULD work with the full version too, because last year the full game WAS the trial game in terms of all the files in the FIFA 19 folder on PC being exactly the same at the time of release.

The only small worry is that with the full version running from the FIFA19.exe and not the FIFA19Trial.exe EA might have changed the memory allocation for parameters from .exe to .exe, but you never know.

I will look at the full versions camera settings after the 28th.
