future WE games on ps2?

will WE9 Final Evolution or WE10 be released for ps2?!?
I know WE9 internation has been confirmed! but that I believe that the game is only translated into english/american... ?!

It's almost exactly the same game as Pro Evolution Soccer 5. Some would drop the almost.
