Game crash

i've used the option "modify reserved space" of afs explorer to insert some new faces in my pes 6....before i have replaced the 0_text modified over the original but when i launch pes6 it crashes and return to windows....i know that the problem will be solved if i reinstall the game but i have already inserted a lot of new faces and new boots and i don't want to delete all.....help me please

This game crashes at half time black sreen sumthimes offline and online must be a bug if its that u wont fix it till konami bring a patch out wghich is nerver LOL
