Handballs are not present in the game, and although i've honestly rarely seen the ball hit any of the players in their arm, wrists or palm, with the addition of appropriate animations to defenders or in general during dribbling and shot blocking, it could become a cool addition to the gameplay.
Sure, sometimes we'd get annoyed when the ref signals for a penalty, but on the other hand it could work in favor of our team as well.
It would definitely be a welcoming addition.
