I have found out what they are \\:o/ . The order is:
1. early
2. early lasting
3.average
4.average lasting
5.late
6.late lasting

you can find the text on page 74 of the manual

Is early lasting the best

it depends of what the player is age.
example: if you have a player with early-lasting and his age is 17-20 then it's the best.
but when you have a player with early-lasting and his age is 28 it is a shite situation cos he aint gonna grow.

Oh right, but lets say you have a really young player, say 17, what would you prefer him to be.

i thinkthat early-lasting could take that player faster to high ability, let say 4 years to top. if you choose for him standart-lasting he'll grow slower - let as say 6 years, but most propabality he got stats higher then early lasting.

but of coz,i don't know for sure.
