Im only consider playing future PES, not other games.

gtx 1070

CUDA Cores 1920
Memory speed 8 Gbps
Memory bandwidth (GB / sec) 256
Graphics Clock (MHz) 1506
Processor Clock (MHz) 1683
8 GB GDDR5
256-bit

gtx 1660 ti
CUDA Cores 1536
Memory speed 12 Gbps
Memory bandwidth (GB / sec) 288
Graphics Clock (MHz) 1506
Processor Clock (MHz) 1770
6 GB GDDR6
192-bit

Will newer 1660 ti 6GB will be better than 1070 8GB in future ? It has less memory by 2GB , less bit, less Cuda cores but it has DDR6 and better other parameters.
Any sugestions ?

I don't know what GPU it's better but What I know it's 6GB Ram couldn't be enought to run games with ultra settings in a few years.

I have GTX1060 6GB and I'm playing ultra settings at 1440p 60fps 60hrz. The game runs smooth and superresponsive after disabling fox engine vsync and set it as adaptative in Nvidia settings.

I've currently got a standard 1660 in my rig, it runs PES 2020 (Demo) and 2019 just fine at 1440P (I'd turn the crowd effects down a bit depending on your CPU as it can introduce frame pacing issues) a RX 570 will also run it at 1440P just fine.

i d go with the gtx 1070 simply because it s a more powerful graphic card from all fronts

Not true. The 1660ti is newer tech & faster in a lot of games than a 1070 at 1440p. The 1070 does beat a 1660ti in some games too, but the 1660ti seems to be quicker in more games at 1440p. The 1660ti also supports new turing features such as adaptive shading, which will potentially deliver big performance gains once developers start implementing it and also features a way more efficient hardware encoder if streaming or recording games is your thing.

My girlfriend has a 1660ti in a mini itx build and they are tiny cards, half the size of the 970 she had before. I was dubious about this as I thought with that the card being so small it would be really noisy when the fan ramps up, but it's actually really quiet. As for the 6GB v 8GB debate, if you are only playing PES, then I think this a redundant argument as PES2019 still uses some textures (especially Stadium one's) from the PS3 version so I don't think this is anything to worry about for the foreseeable future. Cheers.

I'm playing on my kit which is the 1070 (palit), AMD Ryzen 5 2600, 16GB Ram, gaming motherboard and basically it smashes PES 2020 at 1440p. I used to play 2019 at 4K either, but obviously cut-scenes and some higlights/replays weren't super smooth, however I was getting steady 60+FPS during the gameplay at all times.

I played FIFA 19 at 4K having a good, smooth experience even in replays/cut-scenes. I reckon it won't be same anymore on FIFA 20 / PES 2020 due to some graphical improvements which I think automatically require more powerful PCs to run the game smoothly at the highest possible resolutions.

I played the demo it was fine , now the full game , 30 yards out either end sometime middle of the park wings the game goes into slow mo for a bit ? WTF ? Anyone seen the same ? How to fix ?

AMD Ryzen 7 1700X 8 core 3.40 Ghz (not overclocked)
Ram 32 GB
GeForce GTX 1080 11GB
