HOW DO I GET RID OF THE NAMES ABOVE THE PLAYERS HEADS? Does anyone know? Am a newbie to PES but am heavily addicted after 10mins of playing.

In main menu select match, exibition match. The next screen gives controller options. Scroll across to cursor settings and switch from player name to number. It puts a small 1 over the players head to indicate player 1, 2 for player 2, 3 for player 3 etc.etc.Then save option file at the end of match. Hope that helps mate.

i hate the names above the heads when im playing online.

can be bloody off-putting when your playing someone with a long name.

any ideas?

Don't Think so mate. I think thats how they "tag" online players.

offline you will see the players's name or 1 since you are user 1.
online you can only see youre nickname

HOw do You get rid of the number 1 above your player??? I know there are patches but it screws up the scoreboards. I currently have k-patch. Please help!!!! :-)
