Important Question re: WINRAR and splicing files together.

I'm in the process of downloading the Evolution patch (which is incredible, but is a real bear to download). Some of the files are spliced together and pieced apart.

The files that are spliced have a "<---" arrow on them, and I am not sure how to combine those files into the larger, primary .afs file. Does anybody know how to do this using WinRar or another program? It would be GREATLY appreciated.
 
If you download Winrar and open it when you select part 1 of the file it will put it all together for you, you just need to select where you want to put it
