improving graphics???

this is what i'm getting at the moment which is quiet pixelated in my opinion.

i did get my drivers of here but a while ago. i was wondering what kind of tweaking if any could i do to imrove the graphics of this game??

i know this is not the best best of cards but best i could afford at time
