In game sound lag ?

Hi , ive always had this problem of sound lag right throughout the entire PES series but have just managed to live with it . What id really like to know is what are the causes . Ive got a fairly high spec machine but cant seem to eliminate it . Ive tried all the usual kind of things such as turning down the sound acceleration in the direct x setup (which does lessen the problem to a certain extent)and all i ever have running in the background is Kaspersky internet security . Id be very interested to know other peoples views on this subject as im fairly certain that my graphic card settings are somehow linked to this problem .

Problem is in konami's pes6.exe
If you get no dvd verson, the problem is solved.

Thanks for the reply , i am actually running the nodvd .exe from the evolution patch

Just dumped ATI`s graphics drivers in favour of the omega drivers , what a difference !!! No more graphic glitches and the sound now works a treat so there is a link between graphics and sound somewhere.\\:o/
