hi is there an option file out there for Pro evo 4 for ps2 which has the emblems and flags for the new promoted teams on Pro Evo 5?

Wigan.
Plus the french, german, and all of the new teams in the game.
Just want the option file because in Pro evo 5 you can take the stuff from pro evo 4 option file and put it in pro 5.
