MAking a Max format to a bin/cue

hello ,

i got a save with the winning eleven 10 , it's in Max format

i follow the instruction here (http://mysite.wanadoo-members.co.uk/cd2mem) to try to make it convert to the bin/cue format

but I don't know how to get a DUMMY file and th3e PS2MENU.ELF , may anyone help me?

I think you need to convert your file to x-port format first.

i have already convert the max format to a x-port format

but when i use cd2gen, it need PS2MENU.ELF and a DUMMY File~
