Does anyone think, whilst playing PES, Manchester United's Michael Carrick is useless?

He has no speed,agility, not a brilliant passer, is a crap shot at goal and isn't the best defeinsive player.

I wish I had use for him, but I just can't fit him in my XI.
 
No, just use O'shea, he's really good at heading the ball and giving good passes... but don't let him kick from 20m cause the shot will go awfully wide.
 
If playing someone sh1t, I use Scholes as the defensive midfield man. ok, he is crap defensively but you need to squeeze in all the best players somehow!
 
Ofcourse he'll be useless in yr gamae as long as yr playing with konami's default stats.. as will every player on yr game.. konami's defualt stats r absolute rubbish and not realistic.. i couldn't imagine playing with default stats.. u gotta get yrself an OF with del perio and plf stats applied.. after that u can call yrself playing.. but until now u didn't play tha proper PES6.. coz its all about stats
 
Isn't he useless already in real life?

What is he?
Is he a speed damon?
Is he a dribbling specialist that he can beat anybody 1on1 ?
Is he a shooting star from 40 yards?
Is he a free-kick specialist ?
Or does he have superb passing skills with the highest game vision ?
Is he a very strong player with great endurance and aerobic capacity?

The answer is :
He is an ordinary midfielder, he is not that bad he is not that good that's all..
I'm not saying He is not a Maradona,Kaka,Messi,Ronaldinho for sure...
But we know He is not a Gerrard, He is not a Scholes He is not a Lampard..He is not a Nedved or Deco !
He is not a Cambiasso,Vieira or Makalele,he is not a Xabi Alonso or Essien..
He is what he is and he is an ordinary player...

You know absolutely nothing about Carrick or football. Ask any real Spurs fan and they'll tell you what makes Carrick a good player.

He is an overrated player.Nothing special about him.He is not a Scholes, He is not a Roy Keane...

If you actually watched him play, you'd know he's a good passer of the ball and it capable of passes that pierce through what would seem like a tight wall of opposing players.

And to jump from a team like Spurs to Man Utd isnt an easy step. Carrick said himself that with Spurs he was allowed to get away with things but at a team like United you cant afford to do that. And even though it was his first season, he still managed to make the starting eleven in a great United team and pick up a Premiership medal along the way too.

If you're still denying it then you're pretty ignorant. Give him atleast two years and I can promise you that you'll be eating your words.
 
O focurse carrick is a quality player in real life a superb passer with good vision and his 2 goals against roma demonstrate he does have an excellent strike but lets not get it twisted hes no good on pes...fact! thats just my opinion.
