ML International Manager

Hi All, I am new PES always been a FIFA player. I am very impressed with the realism so far, but a little frustrated with the defending lol it hard.

My question is can you become a International Manager in ML, if so then how long does this take to receive offers ? (Does it also go by your nationality that you as a manager start the game with ?) and also can you start as a International Manager ?

You recieve thr first NT offer on 4th August of your second preseason summer. (August 2020).
