Modded Xbox Option File Woes!!

I have a Modded Xbox and have been trying to get some Xbox OF Files to work without MAX drive. I have managed to get one to work here:

But I really want this CocaCola Championship oiption file here to work:

Curiously, any option file my PES 5 says is coorupt will load in PES FAN Editor and anythiny that my PES 5 will load won't load in the editor - so I can't even cut and paste!

Anyone know what is wrong?

As to indicate in your other post.
First save is for beta and second is ok.
