need video card help please !!!!!

could someone tell me what video card settings i should be using?
my specs are:
2.2G processor
2G ram
geforce fx 5200 128mb

even on lowest detail and 640x480 still runs bad
help!!!!!!!!!!
 
i used to have processer slighty better than yours less memory and same graphics card and game was ok.i had settings on medium..ermmm 800 x whatever it is resolution. also go on nvidia website and download latest drivers.

ended up switching card for raedon x1300 with more ram
any suggestions for settings?
