New to PES from FIFA and need help with one thing

After 21 years of FIFA, I have made the switch to PES and am loving it. But I need some help.
I've downloaded v2 option file from PES Universe.
At the moment I'm just playing a few friendlies offline.
But is their any way of changing the AI's 11 ?
For example I want to play as Man Utd against Arsenal and want to pick the same teams they had when they played in real life. So I've gone to edit teams and game plan, put the 11 players who played that game for Arsenal in.
But when I head to play it's a completely different 11.

Like the game starting soon. If I went to edit, game plan and changed the 11 and put Saka and Chambers in, when I head to the match, they'll have Bellerin and Lacazette in.

Turn off live update from the team selection menu. Press the right analog. That way they should use the same formation you chose for them in edit mode.

21 years of FIFA... that's a lot of rage mate LOL. But seriously, I have been a big FIFA guy as well, welcome to the party friend

Enjoying the change so far. EA can get stuffed as far as I'm concerned. They only care about Ultimate Team because it brings in the extra dough for them. Got FIFA 19 but never actually played it (well apart from the one time I first put it in, after that it was never touched again). So yes, no FIFA 20 for me.

I'm on PS4 which obviously makes the switch a lot easier than those on XBOX.
