Option File/Patch

Hi

I have a PC version of the game and I was just looking for a simple option file/patch to use (there's seems to be loads to choose from).

I'm just looking for one that has all the proper player names, proper team names, proper stadium names, updated transfers.

Additional things would be new stadiums (Emirates, Wembley?), and new music??, but these aren't as important as the things above.

Can anyone point me in the direction of where I can find this?

The best patch would definitely have to be Evolution Patch 1.3, that has all you want and more.
If you want something simple an option file will give you real team names etc... but not online.
