Option-file Problem (screenshot included)

Since yesterday i'm having a strange problem when starting PES5. I haven't changed anything, but this is what i get:



It says that space is needed to save the Option-File, but there is a lot of space there, so i don't understand what the problem is.

I hope that someone can help me and excuse me for my bad english (i'm Italian as you see on the screenshot).

Show us what your save slots look like. Maybe you've used up too many of them?
