Option file???

So where can i get this option file from that needs to go on for the superpatch 2 work proberly!!! then!??? please help ive been asking for ages and no 1 knows where it is!

You'll get the optionfile with the Superpatch. Before I used Falkhon's optionfile (http://www.soccergamers.net/index.php).
