it's interesting but there always can be found similar acidents in past and in present so I wouldn't bet 1.000 € for Inter victory in Italian Cup because of that :D

I dont believe in superstition, I just think that when it comes to this stuff, people only look at the things that are similar, not different. Such as the winners of the league 78 and 05, or the winners of other things. Its quite funny how superstition can be bended to make people believe in this crap, good find none the less.
