Hi, while the soundtrack is descent, I still find some tracks annoying and therefore searched to modify the playlist myself. I managed to simply remove those tracks from the playlist xml contained within the dt40_all.cpk file. Easy enough.
But when it comes to change the actual music files I tried MCR but came across another problem, we can replace what's already in the file but we can't add more to it. And there's a sizelimit your new file shouldn't reach. I also tried the manual way (CRI Packed File Maker + awb extractor + wav to hca), but I don't know anything about data alignment nor the offsets of each track. So far the game won't load any new music pack I gave him.

Here I tried to find some logic to the offsets :

Track 1 : Anything I Do = 02:13'
Offset = 0
Size : 4257140
Ratio : 86,162

Track 2 : Armatopia = 03:38'
Offset = 49408
Size : 6967408
Ratio : 792,741

Track 3 : Say Something = 02:39'
Offset = 8789
Size : 5111686
Ratio : 73,863

Track 4 : Bounce = 02:13'
Offset = 69205
Size : 4281010
Ratio : 59,441

Track 5 : In Your Head = 03:25'
Offset = 72021
Size : 6564346

Didn't find any...

I don't know how many devs are around here but my question is this : with the Sider hook by Juce, wouldn't it be easy to check if the game is in the menu or in highlights and play mp3 files from a folder instead ?
The idea is getting rid of all these limitations and complicated steps with a simple yet effective way to add our own music to the game.

Edit : Whoopsie, does a mod can eventually move this thread to https://www.evo-web.co.uk/forums/pes-2020.329/

You don’t need to do anything extravagant. Download the latest version of Eternity Audio Tools from google. With that tool you can replace audio. Then edit the playlist with notepad.

Until I release my soundtracks you will be limited to the same number of tracks that Konami used. Once my soundtracks are released you can use them as a template allowing you to use Eternity to replace 32 tracks. 32 Selectable tracks in soundtrack is the limit that Pes2020 allows.
