I never had an AMD, only had Intel but I never heard or read of people having an AMD who had problems with PES 2014.
Might matter what power these components have.

Last year my desktop had an Intel Core 2 Duo 8400 CPU and an ATI Radeon 6950HD.
I could run PES 2014 full res with sweetfx.
Gameplay was fluid, no probs, but with replays I realized some framerate drops.

It ran a lot better on my laptop (Intel i5, Geforce 780M).

I hope they are going to set the recommended specs a little higher.
This game shouldn´t be able to run with WIN XP.

It´s 2014!

How do you know?
These specs are not official.

FIFA 15 is not the only game running on 64 bit only.
There is Sleeping dogs, Assassins Creed Black Flag, Call of Duty Ghost, Battlefield 4 etc etc.

It´s the year 2014.
I don´t really think it´s possible expecting a game having great visuals but being able to run on WIN XP the same time.

I really hope it won´t.

No way, being the graphics 'old gen', the R9 280 can be listed as recommended. It's just pointless.
Also, DX11 and Windows XP as minimum requirements even though they mutually exclude each other? LOL, someone should check their facts better before publishing nonsense.

Either it can be run with different DX versions (DX 9 for XP, DX 10 for Vista and DX 11 for 7/8/8.1) or if it runs on XP forget about DX11.
So, that must be the reason they're not providing next-gen visuals after all.
