PES 6 Controller Setting?

I've just installed PES 6, and tried to play with my controller that worked fine for PES 5, but found that my "square" button, was read by the game as my "triangle" button, my R1 as R2 etc. I tried to change it in the settings menu in the Pro Evolution Soccer 6 folder on my PC but I couldn't. Any suggestions on how I can edit my controller?

To change the settings on the controller, you have to click on the "R2" image (just an example) and select the button. If you were clicking on the text, it won't do anything. Weird, huh? Hope this helps.
