PES 6 PC - specs needed?

My PS2 broke down just before x-mas, which sucks, so I havent been able to play PES for AGES. I am getting sick of it, so I wanna get PES 6 on my PC, BUT, the question is, what kind of specs do my PC need? Do I need a heavy graphics card? Cus I think mine suck. Bought a Packard Bell laptop just before x-mas, pretty new, but I have no idea if the card is any good. (Where can I check this). Hehe, as you can see, I am a PC-noob. Dying to play some PES, so please please help!

Yeah that would run it, not perfectly on full settings, but it would.
