pes4 = winning eleven 8?

I was interested in buying pes4, but i can't find it in US :( i've found only winning eleven 8, so before buying it i was wondering if is the same game (i saw the impressive wolf pack update......i can use it also on we8?) and if the methods to modify the players and the files are the same used for pes4 (and of course i hope that the language is english and not jap :D

It's almost the same as WE8 International (English), the normal WE8 is Japanese.
Wolf has made a patch for WE8 International, so that's no problem. Also the online is better as I have heard.
 
Finally i bought it, the problem now is that i need to find the patch for WE8, because i foudn only the one from wolf for PES4 :D

Somebody can give to me some links to modify and update the WE8 cd version? i saw he pes4 wolf pack patch and it is amazing (except for the musics...maybe in the main screen "vertigo" was better than "beautiful day" LOL)

PS: to play online i must know the IP of the computer or it works like counterstsike (the program will automatically check for players online)?

that is a BitTorrent link, i had no luck with Filefront at all.
If you want Wendetta or Wolf's Lobo patch you will have to look for it. :)

Hmm what else.. http://pes4.edgegaming.com/ Ajay's modding site.. good info here. Also downloads for editing the game.(afs explorer,pes option file editor,etc.)

I know :) the problem isthat when you found so many posts that regard the subject you feel lost :P usually ebfore asking i read all the forum LOL :D but this time was too much :P

Thanks for the links :) thoe links are for the same wolf patch used by pes4? (update of the teams, stadiums and players to the last market sales?) in this case i can use the same patch that i had on PES4? :)

I imagine there's one for PES4 with the same changes, i think i saw it awhile back.

someone plz!!!very sorry to change the topic but..does the option file downloaded from the internet and transfered to ps2 with the maxdrive change fake kits to original ones as well like the amazing kits i've been seeing on the net :shock: ?? or is that for PES4 pc owners only :(
 
Studeep i am not sure, might try another section of the forums for an answer.
Far as i knew, there was a ps2 patch with kits,shoes,etc. Search for it.

Downloaded PS2 option files only contain kits that someone has made using the in-game edit mode. For the amazing kits you need to patch your game so that the amazing kits are actually written onto a new disk, replacing the default ones. Do a search to find jonboyo's PES4 ps2 patch and if used in conjunction with the right option file, the game looks amazing.
