Its got nothing to do with shadows or anything. He was obviously pressing select to rewind everything he does. Which is why there is a very small amount of lag in the video that you might notice every few seconds.
Notice how he did the dribbling in training and not in a full game?

i tink the dribble stun before was real, but the post hitting shots were fake for obvious reason.. there is no way u can do that, even though u trained it for 100 years

No it's like the other guy said, it's not fake... He just kept redoing everything (using the playback function in training mode)until he got it perfect. Must of taken him ages to do it.

Yup you can tell from the tiny stutter parts that he's using the "play again" function. If he makes a mistake, he plays the part again until he succeeds. But still credit to the guy for being so patient..
