Problem with players animation

Hello,

I have a small problem with players animation. When I perform some quick moves, the players animation is not so smooth as it should be. I mean that there is no animation and smoothness between the beginning and the end of those quick moves, for etc while turning 90 degrees etc. It looks like whole move is just one frame. My PC is P IV 3 ghz, 768 mb ram and GeForce 6600GT. I have KitServer installed (though I dont think that KS is the problem here). When I played PES 6 on PS2 I didnt notice such problem. Or maybe that is normal on PC version?
 
Well I found a video on Youtube, and you can see that animation glitch in it. Go to 0:11 - the referee runs from left side of the screen and performs those ultra quick moves (he turns around very very vast etc.) which look quite unnaturally. Players perform such moves quite often in PES 6. Is that normal? In PES 5 all animations were ok.
