[PSP] PES6 (pal) Vs Winning Eleven 10 (jap): your choice?

Is there anyone that could tell me if this is the SAME title at all, or the japanese version is a little bit different (improved) comparing it to the european version?

The PES comes out later so there are sometimes very minor, very minor revisions, one thing I noticed between Pes 5 and winning 9 was that the pace was a bit different, WE being faster, so maybe this might apply to pes6 and winning 10 as well.
