Registration code

I've bought PES2008 second-hand via the internet. I wanted to play online and I needed a registration code. But the code was already used, so I can't play online.
Can I get another registration code or something, so I can play PES2008 online?

I've googled and looked through TONNES of pages, all I can find out is that if you call this number - 01494459115 - and explain everything to them they apparently give you a new registration code for the online. Sorry I hope that helps!
