it looks like the new gta game for the xbox and its out in march,anyone picking up this game it looks top notch-www.ign.com
some screens are on there
 
If you're hoping for this to be the new GTA, you will be dissapointed.

All gta-clones are doomed to fail. The standards are set to high.

well it is, but regarding Saints Row its true.

The game looks awful so far imo. After seeing it running Im not impressed.
 
I've seen numerous people posting on the OXM USA/TeamXbox forums that it's gonna be awesome, destroy GTA etc. etc. Can't say I see any of that, looks pretty poor to me, seems like the anti-Sony brigade are just desperate for something to beat GTA.
 
How do you know it's summed it up?!

Nobody has played it enough/at all to make any judgement.

The fact that only1Tevez thinks its going to be good means I'll avoid it like the plague.

Anyway, I dont think it looks like one of those all time great games, but one of those games that are fun for a week or two.
 
GTA SA was fun for a week or two.gametype needs changes, ragdolls and better physics are way forward, if only saints row has good framerate and smooth gameplay its gonna be fun.

saints row looks like it was designed to be a high res GTA game. It's hud and interfaces look almost odentical in look and concept and it's missions and the way you drive along the city is copied verbatim. I like it Its something to hold me and alort of others over until the real one comes out. BUT the game has been worked on to death. THQ the developer delayed the game to when they felt it was good enough to come out. They know they have big shoes to fill and imitiate. IThe game will be more than good.
 
I have just watched a Gameplay Vid of this on Gametrailers.com and I think it looks good! its almost a carbon copy of GTA! Graphics look better than they did last time I saw them. Cant wait for this :)

It does look pretty fun game. Like the character creating options they have and physics they put in. It´s time they make competing game for GTA series it was getting pretty dull. Allthough this looks like the next part of the GTA serie :) but they said they started on this before San Andreas was announced
its good to have more games in this Genre!(GTA clone -> Freeroam/Sandbox .Doom clone -> FPS) but then came Half Life.?
 
Yeah looks really good now from what i've seen. The multiplayer with a few players in each gang looks like it could be a good laugh.
