Some players can't be called in National Teams

There is an issue with some players that can’t be called in National team using Edit Mode, two examples Alario (L. Alario ) from Bayern Leverkusen can’t be called in Argentina NT and also Neil Mcginn (free transfer) can’t be called in Ireland NT.
If someone found other players please post here
