Sowdown- HELP!

Thread title meant to say: Slowdown- HELP! :D

I, like many others, am having some slowdown problems with PES6. I have a fairly decent setup- easily enough to handle Pro Evo on the highest settings, only it doesn't. I have a GeForce 7300 card, 1GB RAM, 2.8GHz Processor, XP Professional etc.

I only get problems with this game, though. I have all the various Kitservers installed and the No-Dvd .exe.

Here are my card settings:

Anisotropic filtering- 16x
Anisoptric mip filter optimisation- Off
Anisoptric sample optimisation- Off
Antialiasing settings- 2x
Extension limit- Off
Force mipmaps- None
Texture Filtering- High Quality
Transparency antialiasing- Off
Trilinear optimisation- Off
Triple buffering- On
Vertical Sync- Force on

My PES6 settings are High Quality, 1600x1200.

Anyone know how to fix the slowdown?
Help is very much appreciated.

SAME PROB i got it all of a sudden tho i scan viurs none no spyware on here try all kinds still no luck
 
ok i fixed my slow down

get rid of all patches chant and kit server boot and all oer shit

and it faster now get rid of all shit

i just dont hae eth ram to run all that shit

Is your keyboard bust?
Or are you holding in both shift buttons while you type?

keyborda bust on my laptop few key broke due to water :(
 
I have terrible lag on PES6 for the PC aswell, I have a decent set up, average connection but my mates got worse and it playes much better, I've got kitserver running but nothing else.

I bought a router last week and it only seems to have made it worse.

i need to get a whole new keybord and put it in
