Superpatch or EVO patch--Which one will allow easier importation of MLS teams?

I want to add a few MLS teams into my Master League, but need to know which patch--Super or EVO--will best allow for this to happen using Kitserver.

Can somebody please advise me about how to do this?

i don't think there is any difference, on both of the patches you have to overwrite some teams.
