teams with fake names: where to get the real names from?

As posted before the following national teams need editing in WE10:
Wales, Croatia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Serbia & Montenegro, Rep. Czech, Germany, Turkey, Bulgaria, Latvia, Angola, Ghana, Ivory Coast, Togo, Trnidad & Tobago, Iran, Saudi Arabia.

Does anybody know a source from which I can get the real player names for this countries?
