I don't know how this works, but no nominations for Lost?

IMO it was the series of the year. Altough 24 is on the same level.

The nominations were awful. They tried to change the system but it's even worst than before. No Weeds, no Lost, no Veronica Mars, come on !!!. Even if 24 is my favourite show, it's not deserved at all (being the best show). Kiefer rules .

It's crazy Lost not even being nominated.
Like I said 24 maybe deserves it, but it's all about opinion.
This was one of the best seasons of 24 i really can't say which one is the best.

Well, I really don't care for the awards too much at all, aside from those that will help shows I like. For example, The Office winning Best Comedy will hopefully insures it a few more seasons.

I mainly watch the Emmys because you can usually get a few laughs. Conan was good throughout the night and the opening was pretty memorable. Colbert and Stewart's bit was hysterical.

Weirdest fucking moment had to be the bizarro tribute to Aaron Spelling, especially the introduction of the Angels; three women united as a tribute to the horrors of cosmetic surgery.
