Can anyone fill me in on ways to import the team from the older WEs or do I have to create the team all over again?

Any help would be greatlu appreciated.

Have you tried getting/downloading an already edited option file from the upload/dwnload section?, most of em out now contain most teams from across europe, (originally meant for the game before licensing issues propped up, eg bundisliga, ligue 1 etc).
