Whats The Best Setting 4 Young Stars?

Hi On the basic setting of players if you have a young star ie. Robinho or Adu. What should you put there growth on? ie Early lasting?
The Problem is there are too many young players on the game that when in master league stop peaking at like 22 or 23 which would not happen in real life. Rooney peaks on the game at 28 and thats great. Hes on early lasting. But robinho peaks at 22 and he is on the same setting. Whats the Best Thing to do?

No Ronaldo peeks at 27 which is exellent, hes stats are great at the beginning of the Master league and he is only 20! cant imagine how good he will be in 7 seasons.
But anyway back to the topic in hand. Any answers to my orignal question coz before i start a new master league i want all up and coming stars to actually be up and coming stars a. thanx

Yes I have this problem too, I don't understand it. Robinhos stats are poor as well, so you expect him to peak later but he peaks in your second season which is just silly.

I have trouble with training as well, it's not very effective.
