with winning eleven 9 arriving any day now for ps2 wondering if it's going to be released for xbox? will the be a bit of time difference from the ps2 release

I don't think so. The Xbox isn't popular enough in Japan to make it worthwhile. The Xbox360 looks like it'll be better supported by the WE series.
